Die Protokolle, mit denen das Internet funktioniert, sind in Vorschriften festgelegt, die RFC (Request for Comments) genannt werden. Die Organisation, die diese RFCs erstellt, heißt IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force).

RFCs sind üblicherweise sehr technisch und schwer zu lesen. Aber an jedem ersten April zeigt auch die IETF Humor und veröffentlicht RFCs, die nicht ganz ernst zu nehmen sind. Oder würden Sie wirklich IP-Pakete mit Brieftauben versenden?
